Store Sales
Sell on your POS (SabuySoft) as usual. At the end of each day, enter the day's totals here — quantities reduce store stock and the money is added to the Income ledger. Credit sales are tracked separately until the customer pays.

Flock Assets (Hens)
Record hen purchases as biological assets. The cost (minus expected spent-hen value) is depreciated monthly into the P&L automatically; the purchase appears in cash flow; the flock's book value appears on the balance sheet.

Flock Assets
Rearing Batches (Chicks)
Buy day-old chicks and raise them. All rearing costs accumulate into the batch (capitalized, not expensed). When you transfer the pullets to a layer house, the batch becomes a depreciating flock asset automatically.
➕ New chick batch
Add costs here only if they are not already recorded in Purchases or Expenses (to avoid double counting).

Setup Houses & Cages
Add EVAP houses with flock batch and climate targets, then add cage rows. Add, rename or remove anytime.
